Little Chargers get first win of the Season

Week 3 of the season pitted the Chargers against the Cowboys. The Chargers had improved from week 1 to 2, but no one forsaw the dramatic leap in their play. The Chargers jumped out ahead early and never looked back outplaying the Cowboys to a score of 26-7.

Little Chargers fight hard, lose in OT

Week 2 the little Chargers took on the Redskins. The Chargers proved to be tough competitors making great defensive and offensive plays. However, in overtime the Chargers fell short 20-14 but they proved they are for real and will be winning many games this season. (*Pictures this week were taken by my son Alexander who filled in for his mother since she was taking care of a sick David. I think he did a wonderful job with the pictures.)

Game 1 Chargers vs Eagles

Start of the SMYFFL Fall 2007. The Mighty Mites Chargers took on the Mites Eagles. Both teams played a spirited game but the Eagles prevailed 27-12. This was the first game for a lot of the little Chargers and they handled themselves well. I was proud of their performance.
